Very clean, pretty hotel!

I wish the fridge had a freezer section in it! That was very inconvenient

The room was very small for the price we paid. There was supposed to be a free shuttle bus to take us to the station, but it never came so we had to pay for a taxi. Additionally, the lobby, hallways, and elevator were very hot.

The breakfast is a miss for me

Location was fantastic with a Lawsons nearby as well as Ariake Garden Mall. Train station was just across the street meaning we were able to use this as our Tokyo base very easily. Amenities were modern and clean and a beautiful quieter spot to come back to after visiting the city.

I stayed here while attending Comiket and it was the best decision. Staff was extremely friendly, the room very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room was on the 14th floor and faced north, what a view!

If you want to go anywhere else in Tokyo its becomes quite a long trip. Returning to the hotel after New Years at Senso-ji was difficult due to the Yurikamome's operation hours.

This hotel is located just a block away from Ariake Garden Theater / Mall. The size of the room is a little bit larger than a normal business hotel's. They provide luggage disposal services for 1500 yen.

The walk to the nearest station, Ariake station, is a decent distance. They do, however, provide free shuttle service to and from the station and specific times.

It was the perfect size and location for my needs. The staff were great.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the fridge? I don’t think it was plugged in. I didn’t end up using it.

Far East Village in Koto met exactly my expectations. It was a fabulous price for the room that we got in the area we got. Although it's not close to the major parts of Tokyo (such as Shibuya or Harajuku), it was close to a lot of other cool things! We had a great time exploring Diver City Mall with the life-sized Unicorn Gundam. It was only a two train stops away from a wonderful fish market called Toyosu, too! Although it was a little far from the night life of Tokyo, it was only between a 5 to 10 minute walk from nearby train stations and the area wasn't too crowded. The staff are mostly fluent in English and this hotel is very hospitable to foreigners. The breakfast that they offer has Western, Japanese, and Chinese options. The hotel offers tons of amenities, such as tooth brushes, tea, coffee, hair brushes, etc. They also provide pajamas in each room and will refresh your towels every day! Overall, it was a great experience!

The property is across the street from Aeon mall. We visited the mall frequently and made a special trip to try the fluffy pancakes served at the food court there.

There isn't a closet or a place to store our enormous suitcases..

The cost performance was good and the location is where I wanted to be.

The TV was supposedly to android or iPhone, but the Wi-Fi delivery to the TV meant that streaming even YouTube didn’t work. not a big deal, but when they emphasize that you can do this and you can’t it’s a disappointment.

Location near shopping mall with lots of food options and nice onsen on 5th floor

No gym on the property and no gym support at all, nearest gym opens at 9am! it's a joke. No coffee available in the morning and later, they told me to buy breakfast that I don't need and I didn't like it there just to have cup of coffee and water. Not for the US travelers for sure.

Location, the view, nice neighborhood, a three minutes walk to the mall and under ten minutes walk to the Lawson.

The room is compact but it’s ok.The step down to enter the bathroom and to step up to leave the bathroom was surprising and a major trip hazard. Maybe a bright strip of paint at the edge of the flooring will help spark an alert that the flooring is uneven.Looks like one had to commit to a purchase of breakfast before being able to look at the offerings. Not sure on this. The price was under $12 USD.

no lunch/dinner option

When I booked the room, I knew it was small, but it was smaller than I thought. The bed was only a double. We barely fit. The bathroom sinks in a bit. Stubbed my toe a couple of times. The bathroom is extremely small. As Americans, we are used to larger rooms. It was just strange to us. Breakfast items, such as eggs and bacon, were barely cooked. To us, it’s stomach problems waiting to happen. We were thankful for the “American “ foods such as the yogurt, fruit, and coffee.

LOCATION WAS GOOD, STAFF FRIENDLY, GOOD BRESTFAST

Check in /out procedure was extremely smooth, staff was friendly and responsive to our queries.

The hotel was clean and met our needs. There was a big shopping centre just within walking distance so we can get food and groceries from there

A bit cold in the room. Asked about bus shuttle, and the answer was - we have no shuttle, but it is in reality.

Overall nicely decorated, room size is okay (superior twin room), not too small, comfortable stay, nice neighbourhood, quiet and beautiful view, a large shopping mall nearby, convenient for shopping and dining, Given the high room rent in Tokyo on this date, this room is a bargain price.

location is a little bit far from city center, need to spend more time on transport (though public transport are available, like Yurikamome Line trains, bus for linkage with JR and Metro lines)

The location is great. There is a shopping mall about 200m away with restaurants and a food court inside. Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai is only 3 minutes away by car or taxi.

Wish that the hotel provided free parking for it's guests.
